Browser Extension

Download videos directly from your browser using the YouTube Downloader extension. The extension adds a download button to YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram pages.

Installation Instructions

  1. Click “Open Chrome Extensions” above
  2. Enable “Developer Mode” in the top right corner
  3. Click “Load unpacked” button
  4. Navigate to the extension folder that opens when you click “Open Extension Folder”
  5. Select the folder and the extension will be installed

Download Extension

To install the browser extension, download it from GitHub and load it in your browser:

  1. Visit the GitHub Releases page
  2. Download the Chrome extension (.zip file)
  3. Extract the downloaded zip file
  4. Open your browser’s extensions page
  5. Enable “Developer Mode”
  6. Click “Load unpacked”
  7. Select the extracted folder
